These two quotes below are favourites of mine. Life can be very difficult at times, when we have tried so hard and then we have to admit defeat. It takes courage to pick up the pieces of broken dreams and hopes and try again after bereavement, divorce, redundancy and events that make us feel as if we have failed somehow.

Whatever you do, don’t quit when life gets hard!   When you feel as if you have failed, that does not mean that you are a failure!  It means that success is just around the corner!  Keep doing the right thing in spite of all the obstacles!  Most of all trust God to bring you through troubled times.  He loves you more than you can imagine.  He will strengthen you and help you to cope with whatever life throws at you!   If life gives you too many lemons, make lemomonade!  When you come to the end of your rope, hang on, God is on the other end!

Here is another song about a rose.  Remember bad times don’t stay forever!  Remember the old saying “It’s a long road that has no turning!” Just when you think things will never get better, you get a sign that life is going to improve.  It may be an unexpected letter, a chance conversation or meeting, a new inspirational idea or a new way of dealing with a long-standing problem.

They have live, interactive programmes, which are wonderful for people who are lonely, and many programmes that help people learn about the love of God and how to live the Christian life. The presenters and guests make you feel that you are part of the Church family. They have really helpful programmes to help people grow in their Christian life. Their programmes also help you if you are not sure about your faith and want to understand more. They have live interactive programmes too. These are really good if you are lonely, afraid or worried. We all go through times when we need spiritual help. They also have programmes where you can send your prayer requests.
