COPING WITH CHANGES IN LIFE
In our lifetime we face many changes! This particularly applies to this modern era! Somehow we have to learn to adapt. Years ago the changes seemed gradual and manageable but now things change so fast, we can hardly keep up with everything! I am in my seventies now and I know my parents would not recognise the world changes that have occured, even in my lifetime, let alone theirs!
In this day and age more and more people are having to face the trauma of losing everything overnight! It can happen to anyone for many different reasons. In the end, once you are over the initial grief and shock, there is only one way to go! Trust in God with all your heart and BEGIN AGAIN
